Behringer Electric Guitar with Amp and accessories Black

I don’t make a point of writing negative reviews on products, but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through with these people.

No quality control whatsoever, the frets are sharp and not secured properly, it came in with a few defects that showed poor quality control. Finally after just a few days the plug for the amplifier literally flew off. My son was heart broken, he coudn’t understand how Santa’s elves could bring him such a present. When I contacted their customer service they were not helpful at all, hard to deal with (they don’t answer their phones all must be done via email) took no interest in my issue, terrible all the way around. I returned the item at a loss and decided to bite the bullet and spend a bit more at guitar center for a quality product such as a mini Fender guitar. For a few more bicks you have a real musical instrument that actually stays tuned, doesn’t cut your kids fingers with its sharp unfinished edges and doesn’t fall apart. Take your money elswhere!!! please!

i bought this for christmas present for my seven year old son who has been begging me for two years for a guitar. i was amazed at the quality of this guitar. although my son has not recieved it yet, i opened the box to check on it, and was taken back by weight, (not flimsy), the quality, the polish and shine. it was well worth the money spent on it, in my opinion. i did’nt give it a 5 star, because i have not heard it play, but for a kids guitar, the package is just right, equipment and price
