I bought at my local music shop in Eastchester, NY. It stays in tune wonderfully and I have never had any problems with it, although it is hard to reach some of the high frets, there are 19 in total. It is my first guitar, so I'm just going by what the description of the guitar is on Amazon, which doesn't state this. Neck is chipped and painted over in parts.
